Hello, I’m Deanna Coffin.
Deanna helps individuals & leaders find their fit, enhance relationships, & improve effectiveness
After more than 30 years as an executive coach, consultant, & global leader of coaching & development programs for a Fortune 100 organization, Deanna founded her own consulting business. She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD®), & certified in numerous assessments and leadership programs.
Deanna aggregates assessment data then interprets results to assist people & organizations.
Ministry
Deanna serves in prayer ministries.
She is part of Intercessors for America (IFApray.org), at the national, state, & local levels. Prayer target areas include prodigals, revival, & more. She’s also led women’s Bible study groups.
Behind the scenes
Personal & Writing
As a 3rd generation South Florida native, Deanna revels in the warmth & tropical beauty displayed in the skies, waters, & foliage. She enjoys her daily walks, though she tries to avoid the iguanas & other exotic creatures. Deanna loves her big, loud, & fun family. Though she never gave birth, she has a mother’s heart. She is, “Aunt Deanna,” not only to her nephews & nieces, but to many of their friends, & her friends’ children. Along with her family, she is a long-time fan of the local professional hockey team.
Working in the corporate world, Deanna wrote executive level training & development programs. Deanna has also written articles for a local Christian newspaper along with devotions & prayer prompts for various ministries. As an active member of Word Weavers International, Deanna is writing devotions & a personal memoir.
